Dr. Sonya Arrington provides professional loan signing services for borrowers, sellers, title companies, escrow officers, and signing services throughout Augusta, Richmond County, and the Central Savannah River Area. Each signing is coordinated in advance so that all required parties, documents, and identification are in place before the appointment.

During a signing appointment, signers are directed to the signature and initial locations identified within the document package, and required notarial acts are completed in accordance with Georgia law. Signers must appear in person with a current, government-issued photo ID.

Loan signings are performed where permitted under Georgia law and in coordination with the appropriate parties. We do not provide legal advice, prepare documents, or explain the legal effect of any provision — questions of that nature should be directed to the document preparer, your lender, or an attorney.
